Return Policy

This Return Policy applies only to products purchased directly from deadseaglory.com website or over the phone through Customer Service. Glory Products does not provide refunds or returns with respect to products purchased from vendors in malls or elsewhere. In the event that you purchased your Glory products from one of our vendors, you will need to contact the vendor directly regarding its return policy. Refunds and/or exchanges for any product purchased through a retail location must be handled directly with that location and will be subject to their specific policies.

  • If you would like to return a product purchased directly from deadseaglory.com or over the phone, please call Customer Service at +962 799873523 or contact us at our contact page to issue a Returned Product receipt. To ensure proper handling at our facility and including any information regarding the cause of return, this receipt must be included with the returned product.
  • For products purchased directly from deadseaglory.com or over the phone, simply return your unused product to our distribution center within 14 days of the date of purchase in its original, unopened condition and packaging, along with the original purchase receipt and the RGA receipt. We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the product. You are responsible for the costs of shipping your unused product to us. We will be happy to exchange any product in its original, unopened condition and packaging for another product, and we will ship it at no cost to you.
  • Given the cosmetic nature of our products, we do not provide refunds or returns for opened or used products. As our business is based on honesty and integrity, we appreciate and expect the same from our customers.
  • As stated above, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on refunds or returns. If you merely wish to exchange your product for another Glory product, we will pay the shipping costs for the new product.

Please note that it takes between 20 and 50 days for us to process refunds. After the process is completed, we will issue a check via mail.
